Privacy
No cookies. No tracking.
This page is short because the site does very little with your data. Here is all of it.
What the site does not do
No cookie is set. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no social network button. Your visit is not measured, not profiled and not shared with anyone — here or elsewhere.
One honest qualification. Like any web server, the machine that serves these pages writes a technical log of the requests it receives — an address, a date, the page asked for. We do not read it to count visitors and we do not build anything from it; it exists so that the host can keep the server running and secure. That is a different thing from tracking, and saying it plainly seemed better than claiming that nothing at all is ever recorded.
Everything the page loads — the fonts, the photographs, the styles, the scripts, the Earth in the banner — is served from tianhuidigital.com. There is no external content delivery network and no third-party interface, which is also why the site loads the same way from mainland China as from Europe.
The one thing stored on your device
If you switch the site to French or Chinese, that choice is written in your browser's local storage so the next page opens in the same language. It stays on your device, it is not a cookie, and it is never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The contact form
The form does not send anything to a server. When you press the button, the site assembles what you typed and hands it to your own email application as a ready-made message. Nothing leaves your machine until you send that message yourself, and the site keeps no copy.
What we receive, and what we do with it
We receive only what you choose to email us: your name, your company if you gave one, your address and your message. It sits in our mailbox like any other correspondence. We use it to answer you and to carry on the conversation if there is one. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your project.
You can ask us at any time what we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to contact@tianhuidigital.com is enough, and you do not have to explain why.
Leaving the site
Two QR codes on the contact page open WeChat, on u.wechat.com. From that point you are on Tencent's service, under its own terms and its own handling of your data, not ours.
