Digital

Advice that ships.

We build what we recommend: websites, online stores, automation and content — on both sides of the bridge.

Strategy that stops at the slide deck

The common failure in international digital work is a recommendation nobody can implement. A deck says « localise for China »; six months later the site is translated, still hosted where it is slow, still asking for an email address nobody wants to give.

So we do both halves. The recommendation is written by the people who will have to build it, which tends to make it shorter and more specific.

What we build

  • Websites and landing pages that work from both markets, including from mainland China.
  • Online stores, and the plumbing behind them: payments, logistics, after-sales.
  • Automation that removes the repetitive part of a commercial process.
  • Content that is written for the market, not converted into its language.

This very site is the example: no external fonts, no third-party analytics, no embeds — so it loads in mainland China as well as in Europe.

The China side is a different job.

Questions we get on this.

Do you build, or only advise?

We build what we recommend. Strategy that stops at the slide deck leaves the hardest part — making it exist — to someone who was not in the room.

Is a European site enough for China?

No — and the first question is not design but reachability: whether a visitor in China can load your site at all, and at what speed. Localising is a different exercise from translating.

How do we measure anything without Google Analytics?

From the server's own logs. They record every request already, they work where Google's tools do not, and they require nothing to be loaded in the visitor's browser.

What do you actually build?

Websites, online stores, automation and content — on the side of the bridge where they have to work, with the platforms that market actually uses.
